Exterior
The truck is in blue primer. It has been completely shaved up. Shaved items include: antenna, gas door, side mirrors, door handles, keylocks, tailgate, rollpan, cab line, blinkers, marker light, taillights, tailgate handle. The firewall is also smoothed out - no ac or heat; andthe brake booster is painted. The harness is not hooked up for the headlights, but the headlights are bolted onto the truck.
Interior
There are 2 bucket seats upholstered black with a blue stripe, and a center console upholstered black with a blue stripe. The dashboard is in, but nothing done to it.
Engine
The engine was torn down and rebuilt. The project required that I did this. The engine was strong and solid even before this was done. The harmonic balancer, balancer pulley, nut, and washer are chrome. The pulleys for the water pump, power steering, and air pump are all chrome! The engine mounting brackets and support rods are chrome! The Edelbrock valve covers and breather are chrome, as well as the thermostat housing and bolts. The engine block is painted! The heads, power steering pump, power steering gear, air pump, and all air injection hoses are painted! Also painted are the upper and lower fan shrouds, charcoal canister, and the vacuum ball. All the pulley hardware, and the intake manifold are powdercoated.
The transmission was totall taken apart and sandblasted. It was then cleaned and powdercoated titanium silver. The driveshaft was also powdercoated the same color. All new seals were installed, as well as new u-joints and straps.
15 gallon polished fuel cell mounted in the rear of the bed, opposite the chrome air tank. The main fuel line is 3/8" while the return line is 5/16". The lines are all steel braided, with Russell anodized fittings. The fuel pump is a Mallory.
Edelbrock tubular exhaust system headers with 2" exhaust pipe. The headers were just recently done by Jet-Hot in the Sterling finish.
Suspension
The frame was sandblasted, sealed, then molded and painted. The frame has a step notch in the back as well as custom tube work. Chrome tubular upper and lower control arms, chrome 4-link and painted panhard bar, chrome spindles, chrome rotors, chrome bearing caps, and chrome control arm rod nuts. The tie rods, pitman arm, idler arm, center link, adjuster clamps, and all applicable hardware are chromed!! The steering shaft, top and bottom of the airbags, ball joints, rear axle, backing plates, brake pistons, brake calipers, and dust shields are all painted!! EVERY nut, bolt, spacer for the suspension is Chrome!!
The airbag suspension has 4-2500# airbags at all 4 corners, has a 9-gallon 8-port chrome air tank, 3/8" parker electric valves, 3/8" air line, an AIM Industries digital air gauge, and 4 switches that are housed in a center console.
